Urgently needed freelance roles
User / customer researcher(s) – UX/CX
Your skills should include:
- Developing research plans, managing research within projects
- Helping identify user types, use cases, user stories. Persona creation
- Recruiting users for research
- User / customer interviews and workshops
- Running observational research sessions (in person, online) e.g. against paper, clickable and coded prototypes
- Quantitative surveys (creation, data crunching / analysis, reporting and insights)
- Cards sorts, analytics and IA reviews (e.g. treejack)
- Creating user / customer journey maps (current and future state)
- Ideally: top task analysis
- Liaising with and supporting clients
Social media specialist(s)
Your skills should include:
- Developing social media strategies
- Carrying out social media audits
- Social media audience research and analysis
- Social media content planning
- Excellent writing skills
- Liaising with and supporting clients
Working as a Binary Vision Associate
We’re looking for experienced (at least one year), methodical and talented individual(s) to work seamlessly within our friendly delivery teams – which include our clients.
We aim to treat everyone decently (e.g. we pay promptly) and are looking to forge happy, long-term working relationships (we’ve been working with many in our talent network for years, decades in some cases).
