Good Attitude
A blended training programme for use by all staff working in healthcare organisations (including non-clinical staff), comprising:
- DVD-Video featuring an hour of dramatised video and analysis, and tools for group discussion and reflective learning
- Printed support materials for both facilitators and trainees

The course is used both in facilitated group sessions (for induction and continuing development), and for stand-alone self study.
