- Are they offering us a truly customised package tailored to our needs, or just trying to supply or adapt one they already have?
- Can they create courses to agreed international standards such as SCORM
- Do they build quality assurance, testing and checking into all of their work, right through (and beyond) the production process?
- Are they an approved (rostered) supplier to government?
- Are they experts in accessibility (now required by law) – with awards in this area?
- Will they give us the support we need – before, during and after our solution has been implemented?
- Do they work to a fixed budget and schedule – and deliver what they promise at the outset?
- Can they supply us with a total, blended e-learning package?
