We began working with PerkinElmer in 1997 – helping them create a user interface for their new laboratory instrument – Spectrum One.

That was the first of countless projects created with many sections of the company in the UK and in the US. Creating sales, support and training media for more than a dozen PerkinElmer products.

At every stage, we've come to understand the specific and complex needs of PerkinElmer's clients: top laboratory scientists, specialists in their field. we've got under the skin of their superb range of analytical instruments, to help them convey complex benefits to a smart and discerning target audience. Giving their messaging impact and clarity.

Whatever the medium. Whatever the technology. We never forget our client. Or our client’s client. That’s why we’re continuing to work together with PerkinElmer after all these years.

Coming full circle, we’ve recently developed new training materials for Spectrum 100 – the replacement for Spectrum One – which is where it all started.
