"We all enjoyed the course and feel it was good to see how we viewed other peoples behaviour and attitude, it makes you reflect on your own personal behaviour and identify any need for change. I feel it has brought a fresh approach towards understanding patient’s needs and I also feel I have taken something away from this course. The remainder of the A & E team are signed up to attend the next available course"
