Technical Update: Windows Media Player "No Audio"

There is a defect in Windows Media Player (‘WMP’) on some PCs which causes some DVDs (including ‘Good Attitude’) to play without audio.

If you experience this problem, we recommend:

• On your PC, use a standard DVD playback program (such as WinDVD or PowerDVD), rather than WMP. (Many PCs have one of these programs pre-installed).
• Use any stand-alone DVD player
